Brief: Produced the official afterparty for the AI Engineer World's Fair, an invite-only gathering of roughly 300 guests at Notion HQ. Co-hosted alongside seven companies in the AI space, the night brought together engineers, founders, and builders for an evening of connection after a full day of talks.

We ran this event end to end, from venue activation planning to AV production on a tight budget, permitting, and security. Every detail was built to match the energy of the AI Engineer community: high production value, zero pretension.
